Application: Apply enough ointment to cover the entire affected area. Apply to painful areas on the body to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. Apply to the lower abdomen to relieve menstrual cramps. Reapply as needed; consistency can create greater results. (Initially, reapplication every 3 hours is common.) What is the consistency of this ointment? Release is soft and smooth, but it may leave a mild residue for
about 30 minutes. We have not noticed any staining or discoloring of clothes as a result of this residue.
Will this ointment help with my arthritis? Release is tricky because each person’s pain receptors respond
differently. Some people see great success with using the Release on their Arthritis. Others have
reported that Release did not help with their severe joint pain. If you have arthritis, we would recommend obtaining a sample kit and trying each of the three pain ointments (Rest, Release, and Freedom) on the painful area. Layering them on top of each other can have a greater effect.
