We offer a 30 day satisfaction money back guarantee. Please email puritynaturalelements@gmail.com with a return request along with proof of purchase. If a purchase was made at one of our in person retail locations, our return policy will match that store’s policy. For extenuating circumstances, please email details and we will work to resolve your situation, as customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Warranty
We warrant our products to be free of defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. (Some exceptions may apply.) Please email sales@pneenterprises.com with proof of purchase and photos of the defective product. (Some situations may require an individual to work with the retail location they made their purchase through.)
